Pipework
At PWI Solutions we specialise in the installation of mild steel and stainless steel pipework.
We have a diverse mix of satisfied customers, ranging from small work spaces to large supermarkets and a leading drinks manufacturer.
Pipework installation ranges from 12mm to 400mm, covering a variety of requirements including gas, fluid and ventilation.
Our pipework can be prefabricated off-site to enable a short installation timescale, or setup on-site for a larger jobs.
Alongside installation of pipework in new build structures, we also provide removal and reinstallation for plant modernisation and refurbishment of current pipework.
Welding
We are able to provide a high quality welding services in mild steel, stainless steel and aluminium.
Our skills are required by a wide range of customers often to improve and modernise current workspaces.
Typical work involves the fabrication of steps, structures and walking platforms enables a safe working environment.
Often our welding services often go hand-in-hand with pipework installation, although we have conquered many head-scratching situations!
Insulation
PWI Solutions offers both thermal and acoustic insulation services.
Modernisation of many workspaces now require soundproofing and dampening insulation which abide to regulations. We have a large portfolio showcased in the images above.
We provide cladding and flat panel insulation to new or old pipework and plantrooms.

Mechanical
We are a mechanical minded company and offer a wide variety of mechanical services. Just ask, and we’ll let you know how we can help.
We can assist with all mechanical failures along with servicing and modernisation of heating, ventilation, plant rooms, energy centres, pumps and valve assembly’s.
Removal
We carry out the strip and removal of all mechanical and engineering systems ready for modernisation and refurbishment.
We have worked in banks, factory’s and office blocks, removing water and electrical systems to air ducting and elevators. If it’s metal and bolts together we can remove it.
